Hilton Garden Inn Lenox Pittsfield

Great hotel, traffic coming in and leaving can be tough with guidos in the front. The rooms are good, water pressure is low in the shower. Water saver shower heads should probably be replaced. Bed is very comfortable, hotel very clean, staff is excellent. Restaurant is high priced, no menu for room service. I had to Google to find out what the menu was. I’m a little upset there is no breakfast, so I guess we will have breakfast somewhere else. Pool/hot tub A+ - very well maintained and the kids loved it. Laundry, ATM is a fantastic amenity. We will come back and stay again, thank you to the wonderful staff, you guys are next level.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff! We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding and enjoyed the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The power went out one night of our stay due to poor weather, but the staff was very accommodating and can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend!

As always the Hilton Garden Inn doesn't disappoint. We stayed July 3rd thru July 5th. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Jae's restaurant is spectacular. The food fresh and well prepared We went to the JAMES TAYLOR concert so the prices reflected that. OK THOUGH IT WAS A GREAT SHORT GET AWAY FOR US!!!!!!

Great location up a hill - the trees all around the hotel are so beautiful! Classy and timeless accommodations and interior. The staff are especially great - especially Elisabeth and another whose name I didn't catch when checking out. They were always friendly and kind, and incredibly helpful when work had me extend my trip! I would definitely stay again if I ever needed to return!

This hotel is great. The rooms are very spacious with a sofa chair and a desk with a chair inside. The fridge is pretty big comparing to other hotel rooms. The coffee machine was clean, the closet with an iron board was great so we could iron the clothes. The bathroom had a hair blow dryer and the shower area had a safety handle installed for safer getting in and out of a bathtub. the towel rack was great with lots of fresh towels available. The hotel has a laundry room and a table to fold clothes at. Also, there is a great pool and also a jacuzzi tub to be used. The hotel has a great restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The checking in and out of hotel was very easy. The personnel is great and will assist with anything if needed. The elevators are very clean and upon arrival the carts are available to carry your luggage inside the room. Overall, the hotel is very quiet at night so one can have a restful night. Highly recommend.

my wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn October 22nd and 23rd. We usually stay at Hampton Inns when we travel. The garden inn was very nice. The only disappointment is that there isn't breakfast served in the morning and no coffee available when you check in. The restaurant, Jae's, was very good especially he chicken noodle soup; a bit pricey but there was some discount since we stayed at the hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn is located in a very scenic area near Stockbridge. We went up here to see the fa;; foliage and we weren't disappointed. It is a beautiful area!
